I value my guests and their time and understand that schedule adjustments may be necessary. LUMI has a 48 hour cancellation policy for all scheduled appointments. If less than 48 hours is given 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the credit card on file. If you no-show your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may not be able to re-book your appointment. LUMI’s cancellation fees may be waived if you are experiencing Covid/FLU like symptoms. Lumi’s services are non-refundable. If an adjustment is needed, please contact me 72 hours of the service date to schedule a complimentary adjustment appointment within 7 days of your last appointment. This courtesy is not to be confused with changing your mind.
